    Kiowa Legal Intelligence Platform (KLIP) is designed to empower legal professionals with intelligence derived from a combination of previously archived matters, depositions, matter related documents and laws related to relevant jurisdictions. Upon launch in Q3 of 2024, KLIP will be able to (1) answer questions about legal matters using the specific set of documents associated to that matter, (2) answer questions about the archived matters that come pre-loaded into KLIP using the specific set of documents that are associated with that archived matter, (3) provide insights on current legal matters using KLIP, the AI engine that is continuously learning through the growing data lake of your matters, archived matters, depositions, legal documents, laws and more. Later versions of KLIP will include AI-driven communication, task and workload management unlocking 10x efficiencies across legal firms in the United States.
  • How does KLIP use my data?

  • How do I create a new matter in KLIP?
    Tap on the '+' button in the top-right corner in Matters page Fill in the details such as the Matter name (typically it is the Client's name) and the Client's contact details Input the details of type of injury Key-in the incident date and time, location in the second tab in the form Register a brief summary of the incident in the third tab in the form Complete the action by tapping the Create button There you go!   • How can I update my account information?
    To update your account information, log in to your account and navigate to the settings or profile section. From there, you can edit your personal details, contact information, and preferences.
  • Why did my document upload fail?
    There could be various reasons due to which your document upload failed. The most common reason is an unsupported file format. Also, please check if your internet is working fine with sufficient data bandwidth.
  • How do I delete my account?
    If you want to delete your KLIP user account, write to support@kiowa.ai with the reason for your decision and we will help you! We typically handle account deletion with the following steps: Cancel subscription: Ensuring your active subscription is canceled Data removal: Erasing all your data and associated metadata Account termination: Deactivating login credentials and revoking access to KLIP Compliance: Adhering to data retention policies and legal requirements System updates: Adjusting application logic to reflect your account's absence
